Consent given for marketing and promotional purposes for use of any images taken by SDS, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Website etc.

Service Agreement

By signing and completing this document, all parties acknowledge and agree to the following terms and services:

  • Unlimited Contact & Support – Ongoing communication and assistance throughout the process.

  • The Big Day – Coverage using high-quality equipment, including a digital compact camera, iPhone, and, upon request, additional tools such as a camcorder.

  • Deliverables – Professionally executed content, as outlined in your selected package.

Storage & Editing

  • All footage will be securely stored for a maximum of six months.

  • Two rounds of edits are included; additional edits will incur an extra fee.

Payment Terms

  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

  • The final invoice will include 80% of the total fee + GST, parking, and travel costs, due two weeks before the wedding date.

  • Deliverables will be provided once the final payment is received.

Promotional Use

  • Any content used for promotional purposes must credit @sarahdavolistudio.
